You direct the type of life you lead and you do this by getting in touch with what you really want to experience. The thoughts you have are creative and you can choose your thoughts. They are not random things that just pop into your head. By carefully monitoring your thoughts you can control emotions like anger, bitterness and despair. By connecting to the wonders of the universe you realise that you are not alone here with your problems so there never need to be a time when you feel that your situation is hopeless.
